ROCK CLIMBING: MY PASSION

by Mia F

One day my mum and dad suggested that we should go to Clip n’ Climb so we did. When we got there I got clipped in and chose a climbing frame. It was hard because it’s my first time at Clip’n’Climb. I started to climb, it was scary and fun.

It was so cool, I could see other people climbing and my dad and brother down below, it was so fun! As I went there more I went on harder ones. At Clip n’ Climb there are jack and the bean stalk ones and ones where you can race with your friends which are glued together, it’s so cool! Since then I still go to Clip n’ Climb.

As I enter Clip’n’Climb I feel excited and I felt butterflies in my tummy. There’s also a cafe there and once I know how to do them all I want to teach my brother how to do them all. My brother is six and he doesn’t go all the way to the top.

The reason I can go all the way to the top is because I faced my fear.

  1. HI Mia. I remember when you were writing this. You have turned it into a really nice piece. You are braver than me.
