WHY I LOVE DOGS
by Zoe
When I was born my Mum and Dad had a puppy, his name was George. He was a chocolate brown labradoddle. George was one year older than me. As soon as I got home I got put on the bed and George came and sniffed me, I touched his fur and it was sooooo soft. He was very active and loved going on walks, I loved holding the lead while running ahead of my Mum and Dad because he always looked up at me with a smile. But at the end of 2017 he was diagnosed with cancer and we were all very upset. We tried to make the best of him while we had him. Then it all went down hill from there, he even spent one night at the hospital. Earlier in the year he passed away. I couldn’t explain how sad I was. He will always be in my heart. That’s why I love dogs.
