Jasmine Conrad is a star. She’s in Grade 5 and she plays footy for the Caulfield Bears. When artist Kate Birrell was invited to paint an image for the cover of The Women’s Footy Almanac, she chose to include (with Sabrina Frederick-Traub and Erin Phillips) a young footballer to represent the future of girls’ and women’s footy. She chose Jasmine.

Last week was Book Week. Students all around Victoria (and Australia) dressed up as their favourite characters. Jasmine, forever the sharp mind, as well as the nippy footballer, decided she would go AS HERSELF! (Read more about The Women’s Footy Almanac 2017 HERE)
